Puppy Pricing & Deposits
Now accepting deposits to reserve a puppy.

To reserve a puppy, a $540 payment is required ($500 deposit + $40 AKC registration fee).
All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

I have been getting a lot of request for show puppies so I did want to post here and let you know I do sell potential show puppies for those who might be interested.
Once deposited you will have 1st pick of any current or future breeding of your choice. Pairing request are also possible.

EXPECTING PUPPIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT
When ERBEKEES announces that we are “expecting puppies,” this means a breeding has taken place and we are hopeful that puppies will be arriving. It does not necessarily mean pregnancy has been confirmed.
Even with careful planning and years of breeding experience, nature does not always cooperate.
Sometimes a breeding does not result in pregnancy. Sometimes a litter is much smaller than anticipated, and occasionally only a single puppy is born. The number of puppies, their sexes, and their availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.
For these reasons, I cannot promise anyone a puppy from a particular litter.
I am always happy to give prospective families my best estimate of availability based on previous litters, breeding plans, and the number of families currently waiting. However, these are estimates, not guarantees.
UNDERSTANDING THE ERBEKEES WAITING LIST
When you place a deposit with ERBEKEES, you are securing a position on our waiting list. You are not purchasing or reserving a guaranteed puppy from a specific litter.
Placing a deposit means you understand that you may need to wait until an appropriate puppy becomes available.
If a breeding is unsuccessful, a litter is smaller than expected, or the puppies available do not meet your preferences, your wait may be longer than originally anticipated.
Our waiting list remains active throughout the year, and at times we may have more than 50 families waiting for an ERBEKEES puppy.
The typical estimated wait is approximately six months, but this is not a guarantee. Actual waiting times vary depending on breeding outcomes, litter sizes, puppy availability, and individual preferences.
IMPORTANT DEPOSIT POLICY
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF YOUR SIGNED PURCHASE CONTRACT AND APPLICABLE LAW.
Please do not place a deposit unless you understand and accept that breeding outcomes and waiting times are unpredictable.
Our purchase contract is valid for one year from the date it is signed. If you have not purchased a puppy within that period, you must request renewal and sign a new agreement before the contract expires to carry your deposit forward, as outlined in the contract.
If you decide you no longer wish to wait for an ERBEKEES puppy, your deposit will be forfeited under the terms of your signed agreement.
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PUPPY PURCHASE CONTRACT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT.
I understand how exciting it is to anticipate bringing home a new puppy, and I do everything I reasonably can to provide accurate information and realistic expectations.
However, I cannot control whether a breeding results in pregnancy, how many puppies are born, or when a puppy matching your preferences will become available.
My commitment is to be honest with every family throughout the process and to place my puppies carefully and responsibly.
