ERBEKEES‑KEESHONDEN is a Certified Breeder through GoodDog.

You can view my GoodDog profile here for additional information:

https://www.gooddog.com/breeders/erbekeeskeeshonden-tennessee?breed_id=153

GoodDog offers a safe and secure platform for those who prefer to make payments through their system rather than directly through me.

⭐ Important Policy Regarding GoodDog Contacts

If you contact me through GoodDog, the entire sale must be completed through GoodDog.

This is part of the agreement you accepted when you reached out to me on their platform, and it is also part of the agreement I accepted as a breeder advertising there.

For this reason:

• Please do not contact me afterward asking to complete the sale outside of GoodDog.

• I will not risk my standing or advertising privileges with GoodDog.

• You agreed to their pricing and fee structure when you created your account and contacted me through their site.

If you had found my website on your own, you would have seen my warnings encouraging buyers to avoid GoodDog fees by contacting me directly.

But once you initiate contact through GoodDog, the sale must remain on that platform.

⭐ About GoodDog Fees

I do feel that GoodDog charges both breeders and buyers more than they should for the services they provide.

However, the reality is:

• You found me because of GoodDog

• You agreed to their pricing when you signed up

• I agreed to complete the sale through their system

Therefore, if you choose to move forward with an ERBEKEES puppy after contacting me through GoodDog, you must complete the purchase there.

I will not jeopardize my account or violate their terms.

⭐ How to Reduce GoodDog Fees

There are ways to avoid many of the extra fees, but GoodDog does not make these options obvious.

I strongly recommend:

• Calling GoodDog customer service

• Asking them to explain how to purchase with minimal fees

• Expressing your concerns about how difficult their site is to navigate

You should have a clear, simple option to avoid unnecessary charges.

 Hi Jodi,

We're writing to share an important update about payments on Good Dog.
Since we made changes to our pricing structure last year, we've put that investment to work for you. We've significantly expanded our marketing, tripling the number of buyers reaching your listings, and launched new features like video calling and meetup areas to make placements easier. And there's so much more ahead.
But that's only possible if we're all in this together. Right now, a small number of breeders are taking payments outside of Good Dog, and it puts the breeders who are following our On-Platform Payment Policy at a disadvantage. Every buyer who connects with you through Good Dog is there because of what this community contributes. When a payment gets moved off Good Dog, that breeder benefits without contributing back. That means less for us to invest in marketing, and fewer new buyers for everyone. It's not fair to the breeders doing the right thing, it weakens the trust that makes Good Dog work, and it limits what we can do for you.
We've heard from many of you that it isn't fair, and we agree. So we're taking a new approach.
Starting today, if a breeder moves a Good Dog buyer off our platform for a deposit or final puppy payment, we'll suspend that breeder's account for one month. If it occurs again, the suspension will be one year. This is something we'll be actively enforcing going forward.
We're sharing this with you because we want you to hear it from us directly, and to know what we're doing to make this fair for everyone. For those of you doing this the right way — thank you. It's what makes this community work. When everyone follows the policy, it means more investment, which means better marketing, more potential buyers, and better placements for you.
Thank you for trusting us to help place your puppies in the right homes. That's not something we take lightly.

 Warmly,

Lauren and Josh
