2026 Delivery Rates

At ERBEKEES, we understand that our Middle Tennessee location can make travel difficult for many families. To help, we offer delivery throughout the United States through trusted third‑party ground transport or limited airline nanny service, depending on your location and flight availability.

Please read all delivery policies carefully before booking.

Important Updates for 2026

  • We no longer offer personal car delivery. With recent changes in our family schedule and my husband’s new job, door‑to‑door driving is no longer possible.

  • Airline nanny delivery spots are extremely limited. If you will need this service, arrangements must be made as early as possible.

  • No last‑minute nanny deliveries will be accepted.

  • All delivery fees are 100% non‑refundable. Once a delivery is booked, any change—no matter the reason—requires paying for a completely new delivery.

  • Puppies must be paid in full before any delivery is scheduled.

We have used Wags on Wheels many times with excellent results. As long as they remain listed here, it means our clients continue to be fully satisfied with their service.

Health Certificate Requirement

Ground transport requires a USDA Health Certificate.

  • Fee: $200

  • Valid for 10 days

  • Requires a separate veterinary appointment

Important Notes About Ground Transport

  • This is a completely independent third‑party service. We have no control over their pricing, schedule, pickup times, delivery times, or route changes.

  • You must be extremely flexible. Pickup may occur at any hour, including overnight.

  • Delays can happen due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

  • While Wags on Wheels takes precautions, ground transport always carries a higher health risk for puppies who are not yet fully vaccinated.

Why We Emphasize Caution

We previously had a client choose a different transport company with poor reviews and no health certificate requirement. All four puppies transported on that trip became seriously ill (parvo, coronavirus, severe GI symptoms). Our puppies at home remained healthy, confirming the issue occurred during transport.

Wags on Wheels has consistently provided safe, reliable service, but any exposure during travel is outside our control. Once puppies leave our care with a transporter, our responsibility ends.

Airline Nanny Delivery (Limited Availability)

ERBEKEES offers limited airline delivery to any U.S. state (Alaska and Hawaii require additional fees). We personally fly with your puppy and meet you at the airport.

Airport Pickup Requirements

  • You must be on time.

  • You must be waiting at baggage claim when we arrive.

  • We often have only 1–2 hours before our next flight and cannot risk missing a connection.

  • Flight number and arrival time will be provided at booking.

Costs

  • Round‑trip airline ticket (varies by date/location)

  • Puppy in‑cabin fee: $150

  • Nanny service fee: $500

  • One puppy per person — families purchasing two puppies will require two nannies.

Payment Requirements

  • Puppy must be paid in full before booking.

  • Delivery fees must be paid in full before airline tickets are purchased.

  • If paying by check, allow 2 weeks for clearance. Airline prices often rise during that time, so credit card payment is strongly recommended.

Health Certificate

A health certificate may be required by:

  • Your airline

  • Your state or county

  • Your HOA

You are responsible for verifying these requirements.

Health Certificate fee: $200 (valid 10 days)

Airport Drop‑Off (You Fly In)

If you prefer to fly in and take your puppy home with you, we can meet you at:

Important Policies

  • Only purchase refundable flights. Traffic delays in Nashville are common, and while we have never missed a drop‑off, delays are always possible.

  • Allow at least 4 hours between arrival and departure flights.

  • Do not book flights without confirming our availability first.

  • Drop‑offs are available 10 AM – 2 PM only. Outside these hours, travel time becomes unmanageable due to traffic.

  • Health certificate (if required): $200
