⭐ All Sales Are Final – ERBEKEES Policy

Purchasing a puppy is a lifelong commitment, and I encourage every family to carefully consider that commitment before placing a deposit or making any payment.

All deposits and payments made to ERBEKEES-KEESHONDEN are non-refundable.                 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reservation deposits

  • Partial payments

  • Final puppy payments

  • Delivery fees

  • Boarding fees

  • Health certificate fees

  • Any other payments associated with the purchase or delivery of a puppy

Once payment has been made, all sales are final.

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No reimbursement for returned puppies or adult dogs

The moment your puppy leaves my care, they become your responsibility. While I am always committed to the lifelong welfare of every ERBEKEES puppy and will accept one of my dogs back at any point in its life if circumstances require, returning a dog does not entitle the buyer to a refund or exchange.

If you decide not to complete your purchase before pickup, your payments remain non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, housing restrictions, financial hardship, family disagreements, allergies, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, simply changing your mind or any other circumstance beyond the written terms of the Sales Agreement.

I encourage every family to be confident in their decision before placing a deposit.

A puppy is not a product that can simply be returned—it is a living companion that deserves a permanent, loving home.
