Once payment is made:

• No refunds

• No exchanges

The moment you pick up your puppy, they become 100% your responsibility.

I will always take back a puppy or adult dog at any time in their life if needed, but:

• There are no refunds

• There are no exchanges

• Returning a dog weeks, months, or years later does not entitle you to reimbursement

If you must back out before pickup, I will still honor your deposit toward a future puppy, but you cannot expect a refund under any circumstances.

A puppy is not a pair of jeans you can return.

This is a lifetime commitment, and it is essential that you are fully prepared before you purchase.
