Communication & Office Hours Update
To better serve all of my past, current, and future clients—and to maintain a healthy work–life balance—I have updated my communication hours.
These changes took effect May 15, 2024.
Business Hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time)
No emails or phone calls will be answered on weekends or holidays.
Email Availability
Email remains the best and fastest way to reach me.
I typically respond within 24 hours during business days.
Emails received on weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day.

Texting
To provide the best service possible, I kindly ask that all non-urgent communication be sent by email rather than text message.
Email allows me to keep all conversations organized, making it much easier to reference previous discussions, contracts, health information, and important details about your puppy. With multiple litters, waiting lists, and puppy families at different stages of the process, it simply isn't possible for me to keep track of everything through text messages.
I check my email throughout the day and make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. By communicating through email, I can give you a more complete and thoughtful response without the risk of important information getting lost.
Please reserve text messages for time-sensitive matters, such as pickup day, travel delays, or if you're running late for a scheduled appointment only.
Weekly Communication Schedule
Mondays & Tuesdays | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dedicated to answering current client emails that include questions or updates.
If you are experiencing training issues or have multiple questions, we will need to schedule a phone call—email simply doesn’t allow me to gather enough detail to help you effectively.
Wednesdays & Thursdays | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Reserved for scheduled phone calls to discuss any concerns, questions, or training needs.
Phone Calls
I welcome all phone calls, but please note:
I do not keep my phone on me at all times, so you may reach voicemail.
I only return calls when a message is left.
Most calls are returned the same day during business hours.

A Note From Me
As my client family has grown to well over 1,000 wonderful owners, my workload has grown with it. I’ve always tried to keep an open door, but I’ve reached a point where I need clearer boundaries to continue providing the level of care and attention you deserve.
These updated hours allow me to balance my responsibilities—to my clients, my family, and my dogs—while still being fully present and effective in the work I love.
