"BREEDER" shall herein be defined as: Jodi Erbe
"PUPPY" shall herein be defined as: A purebred keeshond puppy, registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC)
The PUPPY, as described above, is sold for the sum of $2000.00
This price and deposit is guaranteed for the current year only.
Deposit of $540 is required to hold the puppy. ($500 deposit $40 AKC registration fee)
Balance will be $1500. Payment options will be given to you.
This contract will be consider void after a period of 1 year from the date you sign. If you still have not purchased a puppy within 1 year, you will be required to sign a new contract to continue to carry your deposit to a future litter. If you do not request to renew your contract by the signing date you lose your deposit after 1 year.
All deposits and/or partial or full payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
There are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.
This includes delivery fees/boarding fees and purchase price of keeshond.
Once you take possession of your puppy all responsibility is yours. Once you commit to a puppy it is considered yours, if you cancel the sale you lose deposit and any other payments.

The PUPPY will be in good health at the time of sale and embodies the characteristics of the keeshond breed. All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
This PUPPY is purebred and will be registered with the American Kennel Club.
This PUPPY will be registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering offspring.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery/pick up.
The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery/pick up.
If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER’S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. The parents of this puppy have been health tested and all result are posted publicly on OFA.org. There are many factors that can influence growth and healthy development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. Once you pick up your puppy this responsibility falls on you, the owner.
The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER.
The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BREEDER is willing to take back the puppy and find a new home. There are no refunds but BREEDER will assume all responsibility of the dog until a home is found.
The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale.
This deposit and contract is not transferable to other people. If you cannot purchase a puppy for any reason you forfeit your deposit and rank on deposit list.
Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
BREEDER has the right to return any deposit, at any time and cancel sale of puppy.
